- Assistance with making Doctor's Appointments
Please be advised that we provide the above personal care services (PCS). What is PCS? (1) PCS is a federal and state funded in-home care service for people with medical conditions that need help with daily living tasks.
(2) If eligible, you receive 60 hours per month in-home care by certified nurse assistants and/or personal home care providers,
at no cost to you or your family .
(3) To be eligible : (a) the client must have a blue Medicaid card. (b) have a definite need according to Medicaid guidelines, and, (c) need help with personal care tasks due to medical condition.
If one does not qualify for PCS, private pay arrangements may be made.
Feel free to call our office any time during regular business hours. Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. However we provide professional services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if necessary. We are licensed, bonded and insured in Johnston, Wilson, Wayne , Harnett, Wake, Cumberland , Franklin , Orange , Durham and Lee counties. We are dedicated to providing the best home care service available.
